RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
If the item is damaged or defective, please call us for instructions.
Damage claims must be filed within 7 days, and defective claims must be
filed within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Wrap the return
securely in a sturdy box using strong packaging tape. If possible, use
the original shipping carton and include a note in regards to the
problem.
Clothing items can be returned or exchanged provided they are not worn, the tags are still attached and they are in a condition that they can be resold. Items with hair or smoke-smell or other odors will not be accepted.
